As I mentioned in my last email I will be interviewing nutrition expert Jayson Hunter and getting the answers you want to know! Jayson has given us access to his Bathing Suit Strategies series and I for one am greatful for that alone.

1. What percent of your body weight do you think is attributable to exercise vs eating? In other words, if you have a weight goal I know you have to both exercise more and eat fewer calories, but I am wondering which you think drives a higher percent of your success.
2. Sometimes I get too hungry, and then it seems like eating a bunch of vegetables won’t ever be enough. I know you shouldn’t let yourself get too hungry, but sometimes it happens. What do you suggest doing at that moment, so you don’t sabotage yourself?
