going to inspire my readers to do the same.</p>
<p>To answer your question, there isn&#8217;t that big of a difference in<br />
regards to when you do your cardio. Everyone thought if you did<br />
cardio on an empty stomach after not eating all night that you<br />
would burn more fat calories.</p>
<p>But&#8230;</p>
<p>The latest research I have been reading shows it isn&#8217;t the AMOUNT<br />
of cardio, but the TYPE of cardio that you do. High intensity<br />
interval cardio research is finding is far superior for FAT BURNING<br />
than static cardio.</p>
<p>So sprinting for 30 seconds and jogging for 1 minute and then<br />
repeating this for 20-30 minutes is more effective than just<br />
running at a steady pace for 30 minutes.</p>
