Take Action

IF you have any compassion, any heart for human kind, any desire to help another who is need than watch this video which has been all over the American media for two days.
What is it that causes us to take action. For that matter what causes us not to take action.
Watch.

One would think this lack of action is an impossibility. Is it because what you just witnessed happened so quickly and such dramatic fashion? Is it less troublesome to sit by and watch a loved one drink themselves do death? Do we not look the other way when we see an overweight, deconditioned, heart attack on two feet eat more fat calories at a barbecue than most people do in 3 days?
Is it any worse that we neglect our own health and wellbeing because we are just too busy? The truth is we don’t take action everyday.
I submit to you that just like the people in this video, our lack of action causes harm, trauma, even death to others and ourselves.
The difference, in my opinion, is that there is no shock value in dying a slow, methodical, preventable, premature, and disease riden death because of inactivity and poor nutrition. Just because it takes months, years or decades to manifest its ugly head – the same ultimately happens.
Can you carve out 10 minutes a day to turn your whole life around?
Take action. Eat well. Exercise. Live.

holy crap, that was crazy video man.
But i agree with you totally Dave It all starts from taking action.
