STOP WASTING YOUR TIME.

My friend and colleague Carlos Santana from IHP (Institute of Human Performance) put it very clearly.

“If a client hires a trainer to help them reach their fitness goals, whatever those may be, and that person is already maxed out with life – work, kids, money, stress, lack of sleep, unremarkable marraige, no laughter or fun, no energy or sex life…

Why the BLEEP are we gonna ask them to get up an hour earlier so we can teach them how to workout for an hour to an hour and a half?”

 The great thing about these conferences is that we do not sit around and figure out how we can pull more money out of our clients.  The theme for the entire weekend was how do we help.  How do we shine some light on the darkness described above.  How do we do what’s best for our clients.

The days of long drawn out cardio workouts are over.  They are the past.  Short high intensity workouts are the present and the future – and science is backing us up.
